The first 7 OVAs (out of 10 total OVAs) were NOT released in BluRay quality, except for one group and I thought that one group's quality was sub-par, plus it was only offered in 720p, so let's change that shall we?
Most likely I will be releasing these OVAs one at a time since each OVA is at least 45+ mins each. I watched the TV series years ago, so these OVAs should be on par or better than the TV series. I haven't watched the OVAs except for the 1st episode that is released (duh!), but so far I liked Hellsing Ultimate over the regular TV series.
For those wondering about OVA 10, I hear its coming out sometime late 2012, but for now...

Edit: Also, I would like to mention that I realize that the earlier OVAs have dual audio, however, the majority of the OVAs have Japanese only for the audio, so for consistency, I will only be releasing Japanese audio only. Maybe sometime in the future another BD group will release everything dual audio, but as that isn't possible now, Japanese audio it is.

I wanted to release more for this release (episodes 13-15), but I needed to re-upload episode 1-12 because 1-9 are re-encoded using my new encoding settings to increase quality and reduce banding. However, because I didn't want to upload an additional 3 episodes to DDL hosts, I decided to make this release a mid-final torrent release, meaning you can get all 12 episodes in one torrent.
Most likely my next release will be Hellsing Ultimate OVA I, so stay tuned for that.

So this took a little longer to complete than I thought, but in the end... its finished!
A few things to note:
(1) Episodes 1-11 take advantage of my new encode settings, so the final batch for 720p and 480p (10-bit) are versions 2. Let me show you guys whats the difference between Final8 v1 & Final8 v2
(2) There are two 480p - There is a 480p (8-bit) and 480p (10-bit). 480p (10-bit) have my new encoding settings while 480p (8-bit) have my old encoding settings. I will only make a final batch for the 480p (10-bit) and NOT 480p (8-bit). Get 480p (8-bit) through DDL on the project page.
(3) Episodes 12-13 also have the new encoding settings.

Sorry about the little delay for these episodes. However, there is some good news... special 3 is done! I'm just waiting on the translator DmonHiro to wrap up special 2 and then I'll release special 2 & 3 together. Special 4 is being worked on now and I'm asking around for special 5, but don't expect anything instant... at least for the specials.
As you guys might know, next release for Maken-Ki will be the last episodes. So a final batch will be released, but I might delay the final batch a few days/weeks depending on how the specials are going to that point.
For those wondering about Hellsing Ultimate, I haven't touched that series yet, not even encoded it. Since my new encoding settings I picked up a few days ago, I've been re-encoding stuff non-stop... for example, Michiko to Hatchin is getting re-encoded which is taking forever and I'm still not done... same for Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari which is the reason why I haven't released the last few episodes.

I'm still surprised that no one has done this before in BluRay quality and dual audio. Obviously my version will be dual audio (1080p - FLAC & 720p - AC3). The Japanese track will be 5.1 surround sound and the English track will be 2.0 stereo (what everything released is).
Most likely I will be releasing these episodes 1 at a time... mainly because its so much work to prepare. OP/ED has to be timed by themselves, needs to be timed, English audio is screwed up until I fix it.
Huge ass props go to Fallton as he made the OP/ED from scratch! Initially I ran into a lot of problems with these scripts, but we were able to iron out the problems.
Before I forget, the original BD source was 4:3, so instead of messing with the Aspect Ratio (AR) like I did with Ikkitousen making it 4:3 to 16:9, I will leave it as is, even though it has weird AR.

Surprise its Amagami SS Plus! I enjoyed the 1st season a lot and since no other BD group has picked this up, I figured I'd pick it up.
Now, before everyone gets their panties in a bunch screaming "where the fuck is Maken-Ki?!?" Two things: A) no one said it'd be the next release and B) I haven't started working on it, I've just encoded it. Its mainly option B why this release wasn't Maken-Ki
Also, I've been playing around with new encoding settings and have found better encoding settings than what I was using before, so everything from now on will be using the new encoding settings. What does this mean for you? Simple. I can increase the CRF by one (ex. 18 goes to 17 & 17 goes to 16) and it ends up with the same file size as my previous encodes or smaller. So I am using more bitrate which will equate to better quality and I'm not bloating the file size. Also, my new encoding settings includes filters which noticeably reduce/eliminate banding (for those that know what that means).
So over all, my new encoding settings equate to better quality at same or less file size as my previous encoding settings I was using in the past.
