Aquarion Evol 06-10 (Bluray 10-bit)
May 03, 2013

You're embarrassed cuz you weren't expecting this release?! Jerk!

Besides Horizon II... Evol is probably one of the projects I want to complete and get over with due to the sheer amount of time it takes to encode 1 freaken episode.  Expect more Evol episodes soon.

As usual, DDLs (Creditless OP/ED + Episodes) can be located here: Aquarion Evol

Note: After 10TB and 2 months later, I'm going to stop seeding Hellsing Ultimate.

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! 01-03v2 (Bluray 10-bit)

April 25, 2013

So let's try this again.  >_>

This whole release is a v2.  Like the 1st version, this series will be dual subbed.  Most of the changes that I did were in the 1st episode.  (Chuunibyou -> eighth-grade symdome; OP for eps 1-3 missing the very 1st line of the OP "Let's look for sparkling daydream"; ED for ep 1 has the cool effects as the rest of the episodes; fixed missing lines; re-timed to BD).

For those wondering about Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica and Total Eclipse... no I haven't dropped these series, its just there are no sources... ok, scratch that, the only source past the point of where I'm at are garbage raws that look 100% crap.

For everything else, please keep in mind that I need to re-encode everything again and re-time it, so releases will not be as fast as you're use to, but eventually, I'll complete it.

As mentioned, which is worth bringing up again.  I won't pick up a new series until I complete 2 more series.

As usual, DDLs (Creditless OP/ED + Episodes + Specials) can be located here: Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!

Enjoy these episodes!

Tales of Symphonia - United World - 3rd Season 01-03 (DVD 10-bit)
April 22, 2013

1st release post the HDD crash.

Now a few things... probably for the next few weeks, I'm gonna be really anal with checking my stuff before I release something just to make sure its not corrupt.  I know I said that Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai would be my 1st release after what happened, but I really wanted to release Tales of Symphonia 3rd season, due to the amount of work that I had to do to complete it.  My TOS 3rd season has about 5-6 different fansub groups that I had to use to complete this... for OP, ED(s), main script, etc.

With the completion of Tales of Symphonia, you the viewer now have easy access to downloading all 3 seasons as the 3rd season got tricky to find good versions.

As usual, DDLs (Episodes) can be located here: Tales of Symphonia 3rd Season

Let the Encoding Begin
April 19, 2013

For those unaware of the situation I'm in or was in.  I lost my external HDD and long story short, lost all of my info (useful info that is), so now I gotta re-encode all of my ongoing anime projects, with that said, I'd like to mention a few announcements.

1) As mentioned on the previous post.  I'm inquiring information about Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai.  There are some inconsistencies for the few beginning episodes and would like someone to point them out so I can correct them for the v2.

2) Due to unforeseen circumstances, ummmm... my stupid external HDD dying and giving me the middle finger =(
I had to take my HDD to a recovery store to recoup any files possible which was expensive and then buy a replacement 4 TB HDD.  I have decided to make a donation page that can be located here or at the top right corner.

3) Since I'm pretty much re-working everything, I'll be concentrating on completing that, which pretty much means I won't be picking up new series until at least half of what I'm doing now is complete.  Right now I have 7 ongoing projects, I won't pick up anything new until I get that number down to 3 or 4... that's right, I have to complete at least 3 projects before I'll considered picking up anything new.

Update on Hard Drive
April 18, 2013

So good news and bad news.

Good news:  For the past few days, I've been re-downloading all my completed anime series.  I finally got everything mainly through DDL... so for those that say the DDLs I provide are slow and suck, I just downloaded 1080p/720p episodes (over 600GB) of info in less than 1 week.  So its nice to have my previous work that way I can upload dead DDL and such.

Also, I got my hard drive yesterday, I spent a few hours to see what was recovered as the names for the files didnt exist anymore, just numbers.

Bad news: Even though I got about 500GB (out of ~ 1TB) of recovered information from my corrupted hard drive, unfortunately 0 scripts were recovered, meaning all the work I had already done for my ongoing series is completely lost.  The 2 series I'm completely dredging to re-work on are Tales of Symphonia S3 (due to the massive grammatical corrections I did) and Horizon S2 (I think this season is so boring... even though I just need to re-work eps 7+).

Going back to the information that was recovered.  Almost everything was unusable, which I sorta expected.  I mainly went through this process of recovering data to try to recover scripts and certain documents.

Another thing I'm not looking forward to is all the re-encoding I gotta do, which will take a very long time.

Anyways, I guess enough of my bitching, but let me throw a question to you guys.

It was brought to my attention that when I released Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai eps 1-3 for the URW scripts that there were some inconsistencies.  Can someone let me know what that is so I can fix it in the V2.  Like does a name change at ep 2 or something.  Feedback would be appreciated.

Note: In other news, BakaBT just accepted Tales of Symphonia S1, so more download options for you.  Link at Tales of Symphonia S1 project page.

There's a 1st for everything
April 12, 2013

So what I thought was a simple transfer hick-up that corrupted the Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai files turned to be a serious matter.

I ended up losing my external HDD that pretty much has 85% of all F8 releases.  Looks like the external HDD was on its last legs when I transferred the Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! files to my internal HDD.  I've been speaking with a company to see if the data can be recovered, but preliminary diagnostics look like either not much data can be recovered or nothing at all... the external HDD is pretty corrupted.  I had over 1 TB of information on that drive... I'm not sweating the completed series cause I can re-download that through torrents and DDL (will take a long time), what sucks pretty hardcore is I might have to re-time the scripts for the shows that were ongoing, not to mention re-encode everything which will take forever.

Needless to say, I'll be out of commission for a few weeks to wait on the recovery company to see what information can be recovered and then go through the process of re-working episodes that were once complete... like Horizon II and others.

Btw, if it isn't obvious at this point, I deleted everything Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai related as it was corrupted.  Once I'm back in action, Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai will be the 1st series that gets re-worked on.

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! 01-03 (Bluray 10-bit)
April 11, 2013

Weren't expecting this, huh?

When someone 1st requested this and I looked to see if another BD group had done it, I saw several groups working on it.  I was gonna give my usual response of "another BD group is doing it", but then I noticed of the BD groups doing it... Group A did it in 1080p only using URW, Group B did it in 1080p only using gg, Group C did it in 720p only using URW, Group D did it in both 720p/1080p but did specials only.  There were other groups that did it, but you get the idea.

I was like "shit, could this be more confusing on who to pick?".  I downloaded episode 1 for shits and giggles to see if it was gonna be worth my time and effort to work on this project... much less watch it twice to re-time URW's subs and then gg's subs.

Thus far (through episode 3), this series is very funny.  Plus you the viewer now have the option to watch this in 720p/1080p with either URW or gg subs from the same group.  Also, I'll be releasing the specials too.

As usual, DDLs (Creditless OP/ED + Episodes + Specials) can be located here: Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!

Enjoy these episodes!
